Certifications
We are pleased to announce that Dive has recently achieved ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, accredited by ENAC. This recognition not only validates our ability to deliver top-tier services but also reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and process transparency.
To achieve this certification, Dive has:
Holding an ISO 9001 system certifies to public administrations and large corporations that we:
This recognition opens doors to tenders requiring rigorous proof of management practices and positions us as a trustworthy partner for high-impact projects.
ISO 9001 certification is not an endpoint but the starting point of a continuous improvement cycle. In the coming weeks we will implement:
At Dive, we firmly believe that a robust quality management system is the foundation of trust, efficiency, and innovation. We thank the entire team for their dedication and our clients for inspiring us to outdo ourselves every day. Together, we continue advancing toward excellence!
At Dive Tech (Tagsonomy, S.L.), as part of ISPD Group, we have achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, the international reference standard for information security management, cybersecurity, and privacy protection. The certification was awarded by STAREGISTER following a successful audit of our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Artificial intelligence projects are built on data: plant imagery, operational information, corporate documentation, or customer data. Protecting that asset is as important as the model itself. ISO 27001 gives us a solid framework based on three pillars:
To achieve certification we carried out a risk analysis of our information assets and defined our Statement of Applicability. From there we strengthened access management, secure data handling in training and inference environments, supplier management, incident response, and training and awareness across the whole team.
Certification gives clients and partners the assurance that their data is managed under independently audited controls. That reduces contracting risk, speeds up supplier approval processes, and strengthens our position in public tenders and projects with large corporations in sectors such as energy, transport, automotive, and industry.
Information security is not just another requirement: it is the foundation of trust on which we build every artificial intelligence solution.
Tagsonomy, S.L. (DIVE) is included in the scope of ISPD Group’s conformity certification with the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS), at Medium category, regulated by Royal Decree 311/2022 of 3 May. The certification was issued by the Agency for Quality and Environmental Certification (ACCM), an ENAC-accredited body.
The Spanish National Security Framework sets the security policy that Spanish public administrations and the technology providers that serve them must meet. Medium-category certification confirms that our systems apply the required measures across the five security dimensions:
ENS conformity is a common requirement in public procurement and a guarantee for organizations that entrust us with their information. Thanks to this certification, our computer vision, generative AI, advanced analytics, and agentic AI solutions can be deployed in Administration environments with all the security assurances required by the regulation.
Both certifications are part of a continuous improvement model: periodic surveillance audits, risk-analysis reviews, control updates against new threats, and ongoing team training. This commitment complements our ISO 9001 quality management certification and our work toward ISO/IEC 42001 for artificial intelligence management systems.
ISO 27001 and ENS are not a finish line, but the starting point of an ongoing commitment to our clients’ information security.
