Any data you provide us under your registration on the Web Site, as well as those derived from the commercial relation and/or provision of services acquired through the same shall be incorporated into a file duly registered with the General Registry of the Spanish Agency of Data Protection, under the responsibility of TAGSONOMY, S.L. The purpose of the data processing is the provision of the services offered by DIVE on the Web Site, including the Customer Service, enquiry assistance and information requests, as well as claim management.

In the event that DIVE may request the User the possibility that his/her data are processed to send him/her commercial information (including the electronic newsletter) on the activities and services developed by DIVE, the other companies of the Group DIVE, as well as third party companies with which DIVE may have commercial agreements and which may offer their products and services through the Web Site, by mail, e-mail, SMS or any other equivalent electronic communication means 1 , as well as for his/her data to be processed to carry out segmentations and/or prepare profiles with the same promotional or advertising purpose, but adapted to his/her profile as User of the services of the Group DIVE, DIVE shall provide for a non-pre- clicked box 2 for the User to grant his/her express consent. The User may from time to time exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition and revoke his/her consent for the commercial processing of his/her data. For this purpose, the User may:

send a written communication to TAGSONOMY, S.L. Dpto. Legal, Avda. Juan Carlos I, número 10, 4º M, 33212 – Gijón (Asturias), attaching a photocopy of his/her ID document or official document certifying his/her identity.

Send an email to lgpd@dive.tech stating his/her Name, Surnames, contact telephone and a photocopy of his/her ID document or official document certifying his/her identity.

Finally, we inform you that TAGSONOMY shall process your data absolutely confidential and keeping the mandatory secrecy in respect thereof, pursuant to that set forth in the applicable regulations, adopting therefor any necessary technical and organizational measures that guarantee the security of your data and avoid their alteration, loss, non-authorised processing or access, considering the estate of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks at which they may be exposed.

Todas las actuaciones de quienes componemos TAGSONOMY S.L., en adelante DIVE, van encaminadas a satisfacer las necesidades de nuestras partes interesadas con nuestros servicios de desarrollo, instalación y parametrización de soluciones de software para la detección, verificación, reconocimiento y análisis avanzado de objetos y personas mediante imágenes y video.

Para afianzar nuestro compromiso con la Calidad, la Organización ha decidido implantar un sistema de Gestión de Calidad, conforme a la norma internacional UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015. Esta implantación implica el cumplimiento de requisitos reglamentarios y legales aplicables, así como con el compromiso de mejora continua.

Concretamente, la Política de Gestión de DIVE se define en:
